**Return Eligibility:**  
- Returns are accepted within **30 days** of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Since our tools are restored vintage items, normal wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.

**Non-Returnable Items:**  
- Customized tools or items sold as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
- Tools damaged by misuse or altered in any way cannot be returned.

**Return Process:**  
1. **Contact Us:** Please reach out to our customer support team at oldironrestorations@gmail.com to initiate a return.

**Return Shipping Costs:**  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product). In that case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

**Refund Process:**  
- Refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

**Exchanges:**  
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**  
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of receiving the item. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time.

**Standard Shipping:** Delivery within 5-7 business days. 

**Order Processing Time:**  
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

**Tracking Your Order:**  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

**Shipping Restrictions:**  
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated during checkout.
